About Us
All of our attorneys have longstanding ties with the community in which we live and work. Though we formed our firm in 1998, our 5 attorneys average over 25 years of experience. We are licensed to practice in state and federal courts throughout Tennessee and Georgia.
While we are experienced trial lawyers, we also have extensive experience in mediation, mediation advocacy and arbitration. Three of our attorneys are listed as general civil mediators under Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31.
Our Practice
Our practice includes representation in matters involving:

- General civil litigation. More than 90% of our firm's cases involve civil litigation covering a wide variety of subject areas and issues.
- Mediation and arbitration. Three of our five attorneys are Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed General Civil Mediators and all of our attorneys have years of experience with alternative dispute resolution.
