The experience of the attorneys at Franklin, Cooper & Marcus, PLLC in insurance defense litigation predates the formation of the firm in 1998. All of our lawyers have been engaged in insurance defense litigation for numerous years, and we have an average practice experience with litigation in excess of twenty-five years. Our attorneys are experienced representing insurance companies and their insureds in the areas of automobile, premises, commercial, products construction and workers' compensation liability. Our competent and experienced staff includes three paralegals who assist with litigation claims.
We are proud to include several insurance companies among our clients. We are prepared to handle any insurance related matter from simple automobile accident cases in General Sessions Court to complex litigation. While we try many cases, we are also sensitive to our clients' interests in concluding lawsuits economically through negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
